Case
Management/Data Entry Training
DTAS requires little training in basic
data entry. Even those unfamiliar with computers will find adding and
managing cases quick and easy. However, as with any good case
management system, DTAS offers many time saving case management tools.
Case management training can increase the
return on your software investment by reducing the time staff need to
become familiar with these tools. Staff can spend less time with the
manual, and can begin using these tools more effectively and more
quickly in their daily tasks.
Case Management/Data Entry Training will
cover basic data entry tasks, along with a thorough review of the many
tools incorporated into DTAS to save time and effort. Training is
conducted by experienced trainers, and assumes students have little or
no experience with computers.
Case Management/Data Entry training can
be conducted as inexpensive, Internet-based or classroom training.

All too often, software developers
ignore some of
the most important facts about today’s technology.
For example, in spite of the
proliferation of new technology, according to research funded by MCI and
conducted by clinical psychologist Michelle Weil, about
70 percent
of office workers feel hesitant or resistant about technology.
Only 30 percent are "Eager Adopters" who look forward to getting
the newest technology with all the bells and whistles (please see
Technostress)
DTAS was designed
for almost anyone to use with minimal training time. However, the
psychological resistance of some staff can sometimes be
addressed through a training class. Training can increase the
confidence of these individuals, and help you get a better and quicker
return on your software investment. |
