Event Tracking and Calendaring (ETC)TM
Our trademark Event Tracking and Calendaring
is one of our most popular modules.
What is ETC?

ETC
is a full featured calendaring and event tracking system that delivers
three software applications in one. While it includes all the
capabilities of other calendar systems, it also goes much further.
First, it incorporates
a sophisticated, yet easy to use staff and case calendaring feature that allows you to
quickly review a calendar of events for all staff or selected staff in
your office.
Days in which
events are scheduled to take place can be highlighted in a number of
ways on this calendar. You can then move through time quickly and
easily, with a video alarm warning you of events that are due.
However, each entry in the calendar can also be related to a specific
case. This allows you to quickly see the details of a case for any
specific calendar appointment. Plus, ETC provides you with a
combination of specially designed, time-saving case management tools
not seen in any other calendar software.
Second,
it incorporates an extended capability for task and project management
on a case. This includes To-Do lists on a case. Plus, a variety of
reminders, either on calendar or through other reminder components built
into DTAS, can be generated automatically to keep you on track.
Third,
it provides a case event and staff
analysis system that can allow you to fully analyze time spent in
different tasks on a single case or group of cases.
In addition, ETC includes a special
cost analysis system (please see Cost
Accounting and Analysis). This system allows you to cost out your
services and is useful in establishing the true costs of managing a
case.
This powerful combination of 3 software
packages in one provides you with efficient, time-saving tools, while
also providing important analytical tools for better program management. We recommend you
contact us to arrange for your own
free, personal demonstration over the Internet and see for yourself just
how the ETC module can help improve your response times and cut your
costs of case management. |
