Multiple Programs With MOM

Our powerful, trademark Multiple Office Management (MOM) optional module is specially suited for organizations that are involved in more than one type of program.

For example, you may have a dispute resolution program that may sometimes refer cases to a legal department. Alternatively, you may have different contracts to manage different types of cases, or have some other need to maintain cases and case statistics in separate databases.

MOM allows you to maintain data from each program in different databases, providing for independent analysis of each. It will also automatically combine all programs to provide an overall picture of all the cases across all programs.

Each program using DTAS sees a similar interface, yet each can configure the system to collect different types and amounts of case data.
