Evaluations
Not all computer
training programs are the same, and many ignore the most important facts
about today’s technology. In spite of the proliferation of new
technology, according to research funded by MCI and conducted by
clinical psychologist Michelle Weil, about
70 percent
of office workers feel hesitant or resistant about technology. Only
30 percent are "Eager Adopters" who look forward to getting the newest technology with all
the bells and
whistles (please see

We realize there
are varying degrees of expertise, and our training programs have been
designed to meet the varying needs of each training group. DTAS training
classes and materials have been developed over a 15 year period.
Training guides and supplements, and training curricula have been
continually improved over this time period.
