Multiple Office Management (MOM)

DTAS is a thoroughly designed system of data storage and retrieval.  Included with this system is specially designed components to help manage Multiple Programs within the same office, or Multiple Remote Offices in different physical locations.

Multiple Remote Offices

When used for Multiple Remote Offices, offices across town, across the state, or across countries, can automatically transmit case and statistical data to a central site for review and analysis.  Each office, however, can maintain their independence with their own unique coding options, if necessary.

Multiple Programs

When used for Multiple Programs within the same office, DTAS also allows for each program to use it's own unique coding system.  In addition, each program can be automatically combined into a single database for centralized analysis of all programs.
