DTAS Training Services

DTAS is much more than software alone.  We are especially proud of the quality of our training services. 

DTAS requires little training thanks to the EZ Step^TM design.  Most clients find the Self Training Tools allow them to get up and running quickly. 

Experience Counts...

The best training comes from those with the most experience in designing the training curriculum and materials.  Self training materials and training classes have been developed and continually improved since our first version was released in 1991.   Training guides and supplements, and training curriculum have all been continually improved with input from professionals from around the country using our system. 

Self Training Tools

Training services start with the DTAS Start Up Package to assist you in the start up process.  Additional self training tools include the Skill Builder package of printed tutorials delivered with your installation.  Also included are electronic tutorials available through your on-demand help system within the software.

Internet Based Training

For those who prefer additional training, we offer inexpensive Internet based training services.  These services are especially effective in training small groups, or for one-on-one training classes.  

Classroom Training

For those who would prefer the classroom training experience for larger groups, we offer group training at your site or at a DTAS Training Center in Los Angeles, California.

Specially designed lesson plans...

Whether you prefer Internet based or classroom training, we have developed three main types of lesson plans for different levels of your organization, including:

• Executive Training is a shorter overview for executives who will need some understanding of system capabilities without the details provided in other types of training. 

• System Administrator Training was designed for those managers who will have responsibility for initial setup and for monitoring your system. 

• Case Management/Data Entry training was designed for those who will enter and manage case information each day. 

• For smaller installations, custom lesson plans are also available that combine these three types of training into one affordable package.

With this design, each level of the organization can maximize their use of training time and obtain training specific to their needs.
